This is another scent from Victoria's Secret that I have been wearing for almost three years now. This was introduced to me by my cousin, she brought two bottles of this as present when she was here for vacation.

My Crowning Glory

Even as a child I remembered how vain I was with my hair. I seemed to brought that vanity as I grew up, I never tie my hair because I was afraid it would damage the strands. The only hair accessory I use are only hair bands. I am also fond of having my hair treated the latest procedure done to my hair is the rebond. And I am loving how my hair looks now compared to before. Here are some photos of my hair before and after.

My next move would be to change my hair color. I have been sporting the same color all my life. I would want to color my hair and I want the experts to do it. If only I had the choice I would want people from luxury locs to do my hair. They did a great job with coloring my mom's hair, now she looks younger and fairer. They say choosing the right color that accentuates your face and suits your complexion can only be done by people trained and experienced in that department. My mom's hairstylist from luxury locs is exactly that. Can't wait to have that done to my Crowning Glory. Will share my photos afterwards.

Granny Update

I have talked about my Grandmother's condition in my other blogs and here's an update. Aside from her current and worsening case of dementia other ailments that she has even before includes her thyroid and throat problems, she use to have a cataract and mild osteoporosis. All of these problems had been the proper medical attention. She saw to it that her health is always first on her priorities. As stubborn as she is she do not like to depend on her children when it comes to paying the medical bills.

A few years after she arrived in the US she already got a Total Health Plus Plan from AmeriPlan. She made sure that what ever medical attention she needed will be taken cared of. She saw her siblings all die before her from cancer, stroke and hypertension and she knows very well how hard and expensive it is to get sick. She even had to sell their inherited land just to help out her sister when she was diagnosed with colon cancer.

I think the Ameriplan has made her feel more secure especially now that her minds condition is rapidly deteroirating. We still all hope for the best for her though. We will always make her feel loved and cared for.

My Fave Snack

The first time I tried yogurt I found the taste very odd. But when I tried this one I was shocked to find myself actually loving it. My favorite flavor is strawberry. Aside from it taste good it is a healthy snack as well. Try it..

Scent of the Month

One of my weakness are cologne and perfumes, and this is my new favorite. I love this scent from Victoria's Secret because it is very refreshing. It suits me well especially with the type of climate here in the Philippines where it is very humid most of the time.

TV Addict Family

We are all TV addicts in the family. My Granny who is already 83 years old is an addict, my mom is addicted as well and so as my two siblings. My mom would usually brag about her DirectTV subscription at home and why it is the best. We were so envious specially when she told us the number of channels available and most are in HD. She even said that if only there is Directv here in the Philippines she would not mind paying for our monthly fee since it is very affordable as well.

Now that she and my granny are moving to Texas they still want to keep their DirectTV subscription in Florida since there is Direct TV in Texas. I know she can't live without it and she is really worried Becca's she is planning to have a five month vacation here in the Philippines which would also mean five months without the TV shows she loves to watch.
